Yoga & Meditation

Holistic well-being of students through Yoga & Meditation classes is our priority. Led by experienced instructors, these sessions provide a serene escape from the academic rigour, that allows students to explore mindfulness, relaxation, and physical wellness.

By integrating yoga and meditation into the curriculum, we aim to instill lifelong practices that enhance focus, reduce stress, and promote a healthy lifestyle. This serenity helps students to flourish academically and personally, by finding balance and resilience in their educational journey.

Bal Vikas

Bal Vikas (Child Development) classes, conducted by Sri Satya Sai Baba Samiti, play a pivotal role in nurturing the moral values in students. Led by dedicated instructors, these sessions focus on character building, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.

Through engaging activities and discussions, we aim to instill essential life values and social responsibility in students. This enables students to be empathetic and compassionate in life.

Bhagavad Gita

The Gita chanting classes increase inner strength and help children become self disciplined and manage challenges in life. The combination of sound, breath and rhythm helps to channelize energy that leads to physical, mental and emotional benefits that further improves concentration and academic growth.

Vocabulary

Good communication skills help students to participate in class, enhance learning that leads to better academic performance. Focus of these classes is on public speaking, articulation, confidence and interpersonal communication. The facilitator ensures that students emerge as confident speakers.

Basketball

Basketball is a great workout that helps to build endurance, improve balance and coordination, develop concentration, teamwork and self-discipline. Led by an experienced coach these sessions focus on techniques, agility and healthy competition.

Music

Music classes are designed to cultivate a love for the art. Guided by a talented music educator, these sessions explore various musical genres, offer students opportunities to express themselves creatively and refine their musical talent. With collaborative performances, we aim to nurture not only musical proficiency but also teamwork and self-expression.

Life Skills

Learning life skills helps young people understand who they are and what they want out of life. The sessions conducted by a life skill instructor, students benefit to deal with emotions, face problems and overcome critical situations in life. Interactive sessions and activities equip students with practical skills necessary for success.

Art

Guided by a talented instructor, these sessions offer students a diverse canvas to explore various artistic mediums and techniques. Art enhances creativity, promotes risk-free exploration, improves academic performance, helps in decision making, develops motor skills. With the help of projects and hands on experiences, students are inspired to appreciate art and unlock their creative potential.

Sports

Playing games enhances a child’s development and learning. It is a window to the external world and helps to understand the different skills requisite for success.


Sports programmes designed to nurture physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship, are led by an experienced PE Instructor. The diverse sports activities cater to various interests, from basketball to athletics.


Through regular practice sessions, competitive events, and focus on holistic development, we aim to instill discipline, resilience, and a passion for a healthy lifestyle in our students.
