Graduation day is always a day of rejoicing as it signifies the culmination of a year of hard work in the relentless pursuit of knowledge. To make it significant, we at Shiksha Sagar High School celebrated Graduation Day and Annual Day on 23rd February in the school auditorium. “Brilliance Unveiled “ was the theme of kindergarten chronicles which was an extraordinary depiction of various programmes. The students left everybody spellbound as they danced to the tunes of some vibrant music with the display of breathtaking colours along with coordinated movements. The students hosted the show with mastery.The graduating students of upper KG dressed in their graduation gowns and caps looked smart and pretty while they walked the stage.Students thanked the management, teachers and other staff members who have played a pivotal role in their years of learning.

Road safety Month-14th january to 14th February
Students of Grade 7,8 and 9 participated in the Road Safety Month, an initiative by CBSE. Students presented special assemblies, role plays, conducted quizzes and manned traffic on the street that leads to the school. Grade 1 & 2 students along with the students of the Eco club visited the traffic signal at BEL Circle to understand the functioning of signal lights and the way traffic is controlled by the police.

January and February 2024 were exciting months for students of Grade 1 to 9 as they were taken for picnics on different days and to different places.

Grade 3 & 4 | Fantasy Falls Resort, Kanakpura | The green ambiance of the resort was a welcome change for the children. The resort contains a variety of organically grown fruits and vegetables. Children enjoyed indoor games and outdoor games, rain dance. |
Grade 5 | Jollywood Studios, Bidadi | The thrilling slides , wave pool, a water related games , dry games such as dashing cars, rides, and other amusement activities were enjoyed by the students. This gave them an opportunity to discover their strength and spend time with their friends. |
Grade 6,7 & 8 | Camp Fire Circle, Ramanagara | The rustic resort in Ramanagara was a welcome change for the students , where they explored exciting adventures such as zipline, kayaking, rappelling, rope cycle,mud volleyball and the team building activities. |
Grade 9 | Jollywood Studios, Bidadi | The thrilling slides , wave pool, a water related games , dry games such as dashing cars, rides, and other amusement activities were enjoyed by the students. This gave them an opportunity to discover their strength and spend time with their friends. |

The Winners of the competition are: Bhoomi B Velani of Grade 8 won the 1st prize of Rs. 2000 and a certificate.
Chaitanya V of Grade 7 and Tarika of grade 5 were awarded the Consolation prize of Rs.300 and a certificate.
Each participant also received a participation certificate.

The Pioneers 2024- Graduation day of Grade 10(2023-2024) was held on Friday, 26th January 2024. Rev.Fr. George Alangadan was the Chief guest of the evening. Mrs.Kannika Parameshwari was the Guest of Honour. The evening began by welcoming the Chief guest, graduates and parents. The graduates marched into the venue, in dignity and formal attire. The Graduation programme began with the lighting of the lamp, followed by a welcome address and a song by the school choir. The outgoing captains handed over the office of duty to the respective House mistresses. The honourable director declared the ceremony open and lit the Mother candle, which is symbolic of her affection towards the students. Each student was handed over a candle. The graduates sang a song that personifies light. They were administered the oath by the Guest of Honour. The graduates were handed over mementos, Graduate scroll and certificate in memory of their Alma Mater. Some of the graduates shared their experience of being students of Shiksha Sagar High School, the parents too spoke about their association with the institution. Rev.Fr. George Alangadan, the chief guest spoke impeccably to the graduates and inspired them with his experiences and words of wisdom.
The Guest of Honour , Mrs Kannika Parameshwari stressed on the importance of education, values and working towards each one's goals, in her address to the graduates. She also advised the parents to help their children to choose the course best for them The evening ended with the ceremony being dissolved by the Director of the school, School Anthem and National Anthem. Congratulations and good luck to all the graduates of 2023-2024.

The 75th Republic Day was celebrated in the school. A special assembly was conducted by students of Grade 10. Principal and the core team hoisted the Tri colour along with the school captain and sports captain. The Preamble was administered by the school captain to the assembly.

Students of Grade 8 participated in Science Fest organized by Parikrama Innovations on 23rd , 24th and 25th of January 2024.Students were a part of a 3 day workshop on use of Artificial Intelligence in different fields.They also submitted essays on Restoring the climate of the earlier days. They were also part of different group activities which included presentations, field visits and poster making. The focus on this year's conclave was Innovative Ideas to Impact Climate Change, to address the present climatic condition. The goal of this fest was to develop thinking skills and to tackle global challenges and make the world a better place. Students thoroughly enjoyed and actively participated on all the 3 days.The students who participated are

They portrayed different types of bullying- social, cyber, physical, verbal, emotional and so on. They presented skits, slogans and songs on the above themes. Every morning a pledge on anti-bullying was administered. Students were made to understand that they should not tolerate any sort of bullying.

Makara Sankranti festival fervour was evident in the school. The traditional Pongal pots were decorated, with offerings of Karnataka's traditional ellu bella. Students too enjoyed the day as it was primarily Bagless day with an array of activities scheduled.
Grade 1, 3 and 4 Students presented a vibrant assembly dedicated to the harvest festival. Students enthusiastically settled themselves to make kites. They made kites from scratch and flew them too excitedly.
The second activity was to create a poster on National Youth day. And the third activity was a painting competition conducted by Splash. It was a day of joy and celebration, that culminated with Pongal being served to all the students and staff.
