Curriculum

A Well-structured curriculum provides a clear learning path and guides students through a logical progression of knowledge and skills. It outlines the sequence of topics, concepts and activities that ensures a systematic approach to learning.

The institution follows the road map of NEP and NCF that transforms the education system and introduces a paradigm shift, with flexibility, interdisciplinarity, skill development, technology integration, global exposure and inclusive education, that works towards substantial positive change with the collective efforts of all stakeholders.

A 360 degree holistic report of students with a comprehensive evaluation of their strength in various domains including cognitive and psychomotor skills, as per NEP guidelines is incorporated.

I. Foundational Stage : 5 Years

(Pre-Nursery, LKG, UKG, Grade 1 & 2)

Pre- Primary “A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.” Pre-Primary education helps in a child’s emotional, social and personal growth.

  • Nursery (3 Years as on June 1st)
  • LKG (4 Years as on June 1st)
  • UKG (5 Years as on June 1st)
  • Grade 1 (6 Years as on June 1st)
  • Grade 2 (7 Years as on June 1st)

The five years of Foundational Stage strengthens good behaviour, courtesy, ethics, hygiene, teamwork and cooperation, using activity-based learning

Emphasis is on phonological and pre-writing skills in the Foundational stage, that leads to finer motor skills, gross motor skills and reading /writing abilities.

II. Preparatory Stage

Grade 3 to 5 The innate talents and abilities of the students are harnessed to develop them into Lifelong learners and Global Leaders. The transition is from play based learning to formal but interactive classroom learning.
The Curriculum lays a good ground work across subjects including LSRW, physical education, art, languages, Science and Mathematics

III. Middle School Stage

Grade 6 to 8

The primary focus is on concept based learning, discussion of abstract concepts ,strengthening creativity, critical thinking and decision making

IV. Secondary Stage/ High School

Grade 9 and 10

The emphasis is on complexity of critical thinking ,experiential learning and Competency based learning . This includes art and sports integrated education, attention to life aspirations.  Frequent assessments are conducted that help students to learn intensely and emerge as confident individuals.
