- Fill the Above Form
- Parents to buy an application form (Rs.500/-) from the school office, following which the entrance exam will be scheduled.
- Parents to submit the application along with the documents mentioned below.
- Original Transfer Certificate
- Copy of the child’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of the Aadhar Card – both Parents and the child.
- Recent passport size colour photograph of the child
